It is 2 steps from the sea and the beautiful large sandy beach, 3 km from Grau, 4 km from the international golf course of Cap d'Agde and 23 km from the golf Béziers that we welcome you in our vast villa 2012 design of the highest standard. This house is for families quiet, respectful and non-smokers.
Although some youth groups are exemplary, in view of adverse experiences, they will unfortunately no longer allowed.
For your well-being, the house is fully air conditioned, comfortably furnished for up to 8 people, south-facing landscaped garden fenced 1000M.
Parking is very easy for 2 cars. There is also room for exterior features.
The pool is heated from mid-April to mid-October with no possible extension. From mid to late October, the pool remains functional but in no case more heated.
The 70 m2 living room are facing south, with large windows opening onto a large terrace with views of the pool, Mediterranean garden and lawn.
For the comfort of your nights, 4 air-conditioned rooms: ground floor, 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower, sink and toilet and upstairs 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bath. The toilet is outside the bathroom.
8 have boxspring mattress covered with latex covers micro perforated to ensure perfect hygiene of the bedding. The beds of the upstairs bedrooms can be separated or attached together by a strap.
The beds are made on arrival and charges are included. toilet linen and pool, products for laundry, dishwasher and home maintenance are available.
The beautiful fitted kitchen with central island is open to the dining room and lounge with open eyes right in front of the pool and garden. A nice way of cooking. Luxurious dishes, Nespresso, Kenwood, glasses, grill, juicer, grill, blender, cookbooks, various spices, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar .... everything is at your disposal to cook great meals with products noon.
